Qualifications
► Higher education in the field of engineering (Digital Transformation, IT, Programming, Coding, Simulations, AI).
► Basic knowledge of MATLAB or C++ is beneficial.
► English language active usage, German language is an advantage.
► Strategic thinking and leadership ambition (pre-existing experience in leadership would be a big plus).
► Innovative way of thinking, creativity and learning will.
► Responsible and ability to work independently.
► Initiative and committed personality.
► Team spirit and good social skills.
► Mobility.
