Job Description
Tasks:
Data maintenance within the MIS-PC Service Lines in the CMDB (Asset Manager)
Implement a continuous Life Cycle Tracking of a configuration item
Report to the Head of Quality about End of Life status
Stay in contact with SDM and operational teams to maintain configuration data quality
Cooperate with the Risk manager, the Security manager and Release and Deployment Manager on a daily business
Participate in process community calls and represent the Automotive Unit
Data visualization and report design for management prezentations
Make presentations and trainings about Lifecycle and Configuration management process.
Develop and optimize the existing process steps. Proactively monitors and evaluates the service process, its utilization and timing
Qualifications
Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of proven professional experience in an operational IT area
Hands-on experience with ITIL processes
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Proactive work attitude
Fluent written and spoken English
Strong excel knowledge
Problem solving skills
Advantages:
