What you’ll be doing

Here are a few hints on what you are expected to do:

· Providing users with an outstanding customer experience – it is part of the mission to make the users feel satisfied with their toolkit and service

· Supporting clients with the onboarding via email, phone and chat

· Making sure that clients are up-to-speed with their VAT registration tasks

· Collaborating with other departments, including our Product Development team on customer feedback and experience

What skills will be useful

With the right attitude there is nothing you can’t achieve. Nevertheless bringing the following fundamental skills may help you succeed in your role:

· Native English language is essential

· Any additional language can be an advantage (German, Spanish, Italian, French)

· Empathy and love for helping people

· Prior, remote customer service experience (phone, email, chat)

· Ability to understand and explain complex issues in an easy manner

· Excellent organization & communication skills

If you are a driven, self-motivated and highly flexible team player on top of being a self-learner and independent problem-solver, we will not even ask you for a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
