Responsibilities:
Work within the team to ensure TGAP, guidelines, Key Financial Controls, other relevant policies and processes are correctly implemented in the country of responsibility
Prepare bad debt reporting and analysis and other analytics to assist in collections and identify problem areas
Meet business representatives to discuss issues and collect outstanding amounts
Provision calculation and write off the bad debts
Actively prepare the ad hoc analysis of outstanding debt for relevant departments in order to improve credit control
Bank statements booking
Incoming/Outgoing payments processing
Balance sheet reconciliation responsibility (supporting documentations, analysis etc.)
Requirements:
Graduate/high school education
1-2 years of professional experience
Advanced Czech/Slovak language
Upper-intermediate English knowledge
Advanced Excel knowledge
Financial accounting knowledge
Analytical skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
