Our colleagues provide service for Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia in several fields: finance, people and payroll services, colleague and customer engagement, customer and product, enterprise analytics. Responsibilities:
Set up and maintenance of colleague data, validation of time and attendance information, administration of benefits, etc.
Generate contracts for New Joiners, Transfers and Leavers
Manage tasks related to apprentices (joiners/leavers, modification, data management, document management, benefit administration)
Coordinate with vendors for ordering discount cards, vouchers, anniversary certificates and other benefits
Set up / modification / cancellation of various colleague benefits
Ensure all deliverables with regards to number of transactions related to various administrative tasks connected with People lifecycle are completed in line with legislation and internal guidelines
Requirements:
Graduate/high school education: students welcome
Advanced Czech or Slovak language knowledge
Ability to handle personal data with highest level of confidentiality
Ability to work accurately and consistently
Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
Customer service mindset is a plus
