E-Mobility Product & Business Support Expert

Purpose of the position:

The main responsibility of the position is to manage e-mobility supporting IT systems and define and manage improvements, and monitor & coordinate business and customer support activities, to ensure high level of customer satisfaction in terms of MOL Plugee brand.

Taks and responsibilities:

Collect and define system improvement requests from users and stakeholders, translate business requests into system requirements, and manage system improvements to develop MOL Plugee services and operation.
Coordinate and execute user acceptance tests to upgrade relevant IT systems.
Prepare and maintain business reports, training materials, process descriptions, user manuals for business operation and hold trainings to ensure high level of understanding of operational processes across internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate customer support activities and be a single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to support the resolution of operational issues.
Analyze, categorize, assign, track and escalate customer reported issues to ensure efficient issue resolutions.
Monitor customer support relevant KPIs and define actions or proposals to make customer support processes and activities more efficient.
Support organization in project-related and in daily business-related administrative tasks and contribute to the delivery of different market analyses to provide proper inputs for business development initiatives.


Finished or ongoing University/College degree.
Minimum 1-3 year relevant experience.
Experience in product/project management/business analysis.
B category driver licence.
Advanced English knowledge.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
