E-Mobility Technical Operation Expert
Purpose of the position:
The position – as part of MOL Plugee’s technical operation team – exists to contribute to technical operation of MOL Plugee electric vehicle charger infrastructure to ensure continuous availability of chargers. This role monitors and resolves technical issues affecting MOL Plugee electric vehicle chargers in cooperation with contracted suppliers to minimize the downtime of charger infrastructure.
Taks and responsibilities:
Coordinate communication with different vendors in case of planned and non-planned maintenance and troubleshooting of chargers to ensure high level of uptime on MOL Plugee electric vehicle chargers.
Analyze relevant back-end/charger/router communication logs and explore root causes together with suppliers to define actions for issue resolution and for issue prevention.
Provide resolutions for technical issues assigned to technical business team to ensure minimum resolution lead time.
Define and work out issue resolution procedures based on different issue categories to streamline technical resolutions.
Support charger testing to ensure efficient operation of every charger operated by MOL.
Prepares and maintain technical reports about charger infrastructure operation to provide proper inputs for development initiatives.
Maintain technical master data in relevant IT system(s) to have sufficient and reliable reports about technical operation.
Requirements:
Finished or ongoing University/College degree.
Minimum 1-3 year relevant experience.
Experience in communication networks (LAN, VPN, 4G, APN).
Basic knowledge of electrical network topology and operation.
B category driver licence.
Advanced English knowledge.
