End User Support / Local and Regional IT Support Analyst




– Administering of users and computers in Active Directory and O365
– Supporting of End Users – hardware and software (in-person and remotely)
– Troubleshooting and resolving user’s issues
– Identifying and tracking of End User’s hardware and software needs
– Researching existing computers and IT systems, proposing improvements
– Administering of applications on computers and servers
– Performing advanced hardware and software installation, configuration and deployment
– Maintaining hardware/software inventories
– Collaborating with other IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
– Logging support tickets efficiently and with appropriate sense of urgency, updating tickets and following up with End Users

– Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Technologies or a related field
– Very good English skills (both spoken and written)
– Basic knowledge of MS AD, O365, Windows 10, MS Office, networking and Windows Servers
– Capability to learn new IT systems quickly
– Analytical and problem-solving skills
