Description

Euronet Worldwide is looking for a ERP Implementation Specialist, to join its Finance Systems team, supporting all finance functions of Euronet entities worldwide. The position includes: understanding requirements and back-office processes of finance department, ERP configuration, project management, communication with relevant development teams and business owners, coordinating implementation of system integrations, automations, financial reporting enhancements.

Job responsibilities include:
– Project management and coordination of the data collection, development, implementation stages.
– Basic Business Analysis, understand key business needs, sources of data and dependencies; assist in development of functional requirements; prepare project scope documentation.
– Analyse business processes to understand which of them should be supported by the ERP or by additional tools/developments.
– In an ongoing manner learn/test unused functionality and features of the ERP which might add value to business processes.
– Design and develop data migration processes connected to the implementations.
– Configure ERP to fulfil the requirements, collect and load base data (master files, open items) to the ERP.
– Analyse/solve issues occurring during the implementation of the ERP.
– Keep current business processes updated and enhanced to achieve highest efficiency of using our ERP.

Requirements
– University or College degree (or equivalent) in a relevant area
– Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
– Extensive experience with at least one ERP system, iScala is an advantage
– Strong (MS)SQL skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English and Hungarian
– Project and time management skills
– Basic business analysis / support skills: ability to collect necessary information from business owners and end users and to extract the essence from the communication
– Independent worker, who can efficiently cooperate with others
– Capable of seeing technical issues from a business perspective and vice versa
– Experience with accounting knowledge and/or Epicor iScala ERP and Epicor Service Connect, iScala VBA is an advantage
– People management experience is an advantage
