We are on the hunt for our new colleague who will hold the position of
Group Funding Expert
Join our agile funding team which is responsible for fulfilling the external financing needs of MOL Group along with all related tasks: elaborating the funding strategy of the Group, concluding and negotiating financing agreements, maintaining financial flexibility, bank relationship management and credit rating.
More precisely, our new expert colleague will be responsible for the following tasks:
Coordination and elaboration of group level funding strategies and related strategic actions
Leading financing transactions: loans, bonds and structured financing deals, including the involvement in price and documentation negotiation and project management of the entire deal
Bank relationship management and development
Credit rating management
Monitoring compliance with covenants set out in the financing agreements
Participating in negotiating and reviewing special contracts (e.g. ISDA)
To be successful in the role, you will require the following:
University or College degree in Economics/Finance
At least 2-3 years relevant work experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Financial and capital markets knowledge is considered as an asset
Strong analytical skills
Strong MS Office skills
Fluent English
knowledge of Croatian or Slovak language is plus/considered as an asset
