In this role you will be responsible for:
support the administrative processes of the entire employee lifecycle, including on-and offboarding, time & attendance, benefits administration, compulsory health check administration etc.
support the local HR team with employee document related tasks (administration of content, signatures, filing, Workday administration, etc.),
being responsible for Workday administration, business processes and data quality,
handling of personal data and contract management,
maintain employee documentation in compliance with local employment law & data protection regulations,
contribute to HR processes design and improvements
being the first point of contact for employees in all HR Admin related questions & inquiries, provide HR professional support on everyday matters, requests of employees
work closely with external payroll provider & provide data for payroll purposes before monthly closing
Qualifications & Requirements:
Completed studies in the field of Business Economics, Administration, HR or relevant
Fresh graduates are also welcome
Service oriented & passionate about diverse HR related topics,
Advantage the previous experience working as an HR Specialist or Generalist, basic know-how on labor law,
Excellent DUTCH language skills (written and spoken) & good English skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Advantage the previous experience working with HR systems (e.g. Workday or similar HR systems, employee file database, time & attendance systems)
Ability to work professionally and proactively with multiple international internal and external client groups
Highly organized personality with a strong attention to detail
