How can you make a difference?

You will ideally have a human resources generalist profile with background in human resources data analytics. As HR generalist you will support HR business partnering (including related to recruitment activities), process HR transactions and take the lead in HR data quality, analytics and reporting.

This will involve:

In addition to the HR generalist support work, you will focus on:

– Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on HR data to help informed decision making on HR processes and strategies.
– Supporting the development and implementation of HR data systems and tools to collect, store and optimize data quality, as well as visualize data.
– Provide training, coaching and supporting users within HR and the wider business on HR data & information management and HR systems.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

– Completion of secondary education, preferably supplemented by technical courses related to the scope of the job is required. A university (Bachelor’s) degree in a relevant field is an asset.
– A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible work experience in human resources, including working with HR information systems and HR data analytics is required. (A completed university degree from an accredited institution will be counted towards the minimum work experience requirements.)
– Fluency in both spoken and written English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) is an asset.
