NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for a HR-brand manager in its office in Budapest (Vaci Greens, 13th district). You’ll be part of a team of professionals who are ready to find the best tailor-made IT solutions for their multinational clients in various industries and solve complex problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Thoroughly understand and adhere to the rules and principles of hiring on various platforms for finding candidates (Ukraine and the EU).
Publish vacancies on partner sites for search.
Communicate with related departments.
Create a favorable image of the HR brand in the external environment.
Analyze written texts, make crucial corrections and send them out to the world.
Track performance and collect analytics on the results of your work.
Communicate with managers of partner job posting sites.
To look for alternative platforms for hosting.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
At least six months’ experience in HR/marketing/copywriting/SMM to choose from.
Understanding of the principles of building an HR brand.
Knowledge of Ukrainian and English (Intermediate+), to use English-language sites and write short letters/communicate with foreign platforms.
Experience in recruiting and successful closing of vacancies.
Knowledge of the principles of job search sites and methods of their promotion.
Proficiency in PC, Google documents, spreadsheets.

WILL BE A PLUS:
Understanding of SEO basics.
Knowledge of Hungarian.
