The role of the post is to support in the deployment and management of Identity and Access Management globally ensuring effective and efficient solutions are provided to all incidents, queries and requests on this matter. Facilitates communication between users, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and IT Management.

Minimum requirements:
Education:
Completion of secondary education (high school diploma) is a minimum requirement, supplemented with university-level courses in system engineering or programming or automation or equivalent specialized training is an asset.
-University Level courses in Computer Science. Math, Statistics and Social Sciences are desirable.
– Foundation Certificate or equivalent customer support certification is an asset
Work Experience:
A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant professional work experience in information technology management (medium scale) with a proven track record of interfacing with multiple levels of the organization and successful completion of IT product management is required
Or a minimum of four (4) years related experience with Bachelor’s degree;
Or a minimum of two (2) years related experience with Master’s degree may be substituted
Experience in assisting users on IT/ Business products and services and use of applications and diagnostic tools is required.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Visio is desirable.
Knowledge of UNICEF’s Ticketing system (ServiceNow) is desirable.
Work experience at a Shared Services Center is an asset.
Technical Skills: Ability to understand data and effectively use office technology systems for its input and extraction.
Ability to handle work quickly and accurately under time constraints.
Demonstrates courtesy, tact, patience, and ability to work effectively with people of different national and cultural backgrounds.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in both spoken and written English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) is an asset.
