Responsibilities

– Plan the long-term and short-term capacity strategies and capacity layout of the supply center. Manage the capacity requirements of supply center, identify capacity risks and resolve the risks.
– Plan the supply center manufacturing resources of all the EMS factories, monitor the implementation of long-term and short-term plans, and ensure that the capacity meets delivery requirements.
– Manage the cost and efficiency of supply center, set cost and efficiency improvement targets, and drive the implementation of improvement measures to support the achievement of the cost and efficiency targets.
– Make the manufacturing cost analysis to support CEG team on commercial bidding and negotiation.
– Establish and maintain the basic IE data foundation of the supply center, including cycle time maintain, COA base table, NRE asset list and capacity data maintain in system.
– Development and implement the digitalization solution for capacity and cost management.

Position requirements:

– Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
– More than 1 years working experience in electronics manufacture
– Good written and verbal communications in English;
– Basic knowledge of telecommunication and network product
– Have an electronics and electronics manufacture knowledge
– Data analysis and Statistical tool application
– Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma Project Management
– General Telecommunication equipment knowledge
– Basic IE skills(operation analysis, time study, line balance, etc)
– Project management
