Our Sales Team delivers Order Entry, Inside Sales and Administration activities, as well as acting as one of the main pre- and after-sales customer contact points, responsible for managing fast and effective exchange of commercial information between Field Sales, Distributors, Supply Chain/Logistics and other departments that exceeds customer expectations.

As a Inside Sales Representative, you will phone, email and web support to Field Sales, Service, Distributors, Dealers, Customers for information on lead times, status of internal / external sale orders and/or return authorizations, shipments of materials, expediting of shipments and or material; including tracking/managing internal & external customer issues.
As a Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
–Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads and open quotations.
–Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities.
–Provide first level technical support.
–Answering potential customers questions, that can be both technical and commercial.
–Prepare written explanation of our solutions and send information per email.
–Work in close contact with the external sales team, sharing a database of customers and opportunities.
–Make customer appointments for the external sales team.
–Research for new accounts and contacts.
–Maintain and manage the database of prospects.
–Support the marketing and communication team for local events and actions.
–Use the CRM tool to track and build opportunities.
–Fuel your passion
To be successful to be in your role you should gain experience in:
–Previous experience in a technical sales-related position preferred.
–First experience is possible but the candidate will have to show strong commercial skills.
–Strong commercial acumen, with a customer focus mindset.
–Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
–Strong listening and sales skills.
–Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
–Phone and cold calling skills.
–German and English are essential
