IT Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the IT in-structure and security for offices and factories; Provide on-site LV1 and LV2 IT support.负责监管公司的办公和工厂的网络IT系统内部结构的安全。提供LV1和LV2的现场IT支撑。
2. Provide network-related services, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and upgrade of network devices, to ensure the normal operation of network devices. Respond to network faults in a timely manner, rectify faults, and solve problems to ensure network stability and availability. Performance monitoring and analysis, optimizing the transmission speed and quality of the network and improving user experience. 提供网络相关服务包括负责网络设备的安装、调试、维护和升级等工作，保障网络设备的正常运行；及时响应网络故障，并进行故障排除和问题解决，确保网络的稳定性和可用性；性能监控和分析，优化网络的传输速度和质量，提升用户体验。
3. Provide office IT services, including office equipment delivery and exit (e.g., employees claim and return office computers), user desktop services (e.g., installation of printer drivers on office computers), and installation, maintenance, and replacement of daily office equipment. (e.g. installation of attendance machines, maintenance of printers, etc.) and other related services. (e.g. network access service, office IT problem resolution, etc.).提供办公IT服务包括办公装备交付和退出(如员工认领和退回办公电脑)、用户桌面服务(如办公电脑打印机驱动的安装)、日常办公设备的安装和其他的相关的服务(如网络接入服务、办公IT问题处理等)。
4. Liaise with IT contractor and headquarters IT experts to provide professional and timely IT support to all users. 负责协调IT供应商和总部IT专家向所有同事提供专业及时的IT协助。

Requirements:
1. Language requirements :
• 1.1 Good command of English and Hungarian in speaking, reading and writing, it will be better if can speak Chinese.
2. Skill requirement:
• 2.1 Have good communication and coordination skills.
• 2.2 Have good learning ability.
3. Experience and major requirement
• 3.1 Bachelor degree or above in Computer Technical or IT related discipline;
• 3.2 At least 2 years experience in computer or IT fields, including enterprise solutions, computer peripherals, wireless network etc;
• 3.3 Have basic knowledge of network system O&M management. Be able to analyze and identify root causes of network events and eliminate them. 具备基本的网络系统运维管理知识，能分析发现网络事件的根本原因并予以根除；
• 3.4 Have professional knowledge in network routing, switching, security, and wireless network. Familiar with Huawei and holding CCNP or equivalent certificate or above is preferred. 具备丰富的网络路由、交换、安全、无线网络等方面的专业知识；熟悉华为以及持有CCNP或同等证书及以上者优先考虑；
