Then your place is here with us as an IT service desk – Front office associate – full time with day and night shifts based in our brand new MOL Campus.
Responsibilities:
· Handling incoming phone and email channel
· Handles customer incidents via troubleshooting and service requests based on catalogue
· Handling outgoing calls as per process
· Participate in backlog reduction activities
· Handle ticket response and resolution times as per Service Level Agreement (SLA)
· Performing project related administrative tasks (MS O365/WIN 10/iOS etc.)
Requirements:
· General hardware and software knowledge
· Good communication skills
· Customer oriented approach
· Hungarian (native speaker)
· English knowledge (conversational level)
· Good problem identification and problem solving skills
· Stress tolerance
· Being a good team member
· Relevant experience is an advantage (IT Support)
· Slovak knowledge is an advantage (conversational level)
