The onboarding & due diligence team takes care of checking new and existing customers as part of the KYC – Know Your Customer – processes. The analysis of complex company structures is one of the main tasks as well as direct customer contact and the maintenance of customer master data.
Tasks and responsiblilities:
– Check the completeness of the identification documents for existing customers
– Reading and evaluating excerpts from the commercial register or comparable documents
– Capturing of legal representatives or persons representing our customer
– Identification of the beneficial owner and analysis of ownership and company control structures
– Screening of customer data against PEP and sanction lists
– Occasionally, communication with the customers directly mainly through e-mails
– Basic legal understanding and the ability to explain complex issues simply.
– Independent and careful working style with a high level of decisiveness.
– High motivation, initiative and resilience.
– Strong customer orientation and experience in direct customer communication (e-mails) is preferred
– Very good written and spoken English, other languages (German) of advantage.
– Profound IT skills, especially in the MS Office package.
