Responsibilities:

– Participate in the introduction of new factories/products, design the E2E natural lean production mode with local characteristics based on the products, supply, and manufacturing (physical material flow/information flow).
– Use lean improvement tools to analyze/identify top improvement opportunities for continuous improvement of production based on the department’s target (including but not limited to lean line, simple automation, and lean information flow);
– Lead the lean improvement project, resolve various problems in the project deployment, and ensure that the project is carried out healthily and achieves the target (quality, cost, and cycle time).
– Collaborate with the HQ lean platform to build the local lean production culture/climate. Drive Huawei/EMS to establish a local KPO team and establish a sustainable self-improvement operation mechanism.

Position requirements:

– Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
– More than 2 years working experience in electronics manufacture for Lean production
– Good written and verbal communications in English;
– Basic knowledge of telecommunication and network product
– Have an electronics and electronics manufacture knowledge
– Data analysis and Statistical tool application
– Knowledge of production improvement in Lean Manufacturing/IE/quality/6sigma atc.
– Familiar with project management, good at communication, coordination, problem handling, and summary and promotion.
– Lean concept (such as pull-type production), five principles, seven waste, JIT, self-expansion, standard operation, M3, karakuri
– IE skills such as time measurement, logistics analysis, site layout, line design, and human factor engineering analysis
– Seven QC techniques, PDCA, foolproof and error-proof skills
– Use lean work to draw VSM and VSD, and analyze problems and improvement points in the physical process.
