Main Responsibilities
– Coordinating LPG secondary logistics activities and the daily work of the Hungarian LPG Business Unit transport team
– Managing reports and data collection on a group level, creating evaluations, and recommending relevant changes to the – Group Logistics Leader
– Preparing logistics contracts, representing the LPG Business Unit to vendors, and conducting periodic logistics tenders, while checking existing contract terms
– Coordinating the preparation and updating of regulations, policies, and instructions in compliance with EU and national requirements, and keeping contact with authorities and organizations
– Collaborating with logistics colleagues at OpCos and making proposals to roll out logistics practices for the best value-price ratio
– Supporting the Group LPG logistics leader by preparing logistics reports, providing analyses, and recommending system and process improvements
The perfect candidate:
– Has a BSc/MSc degree in economics/logistics or other relevant education
– Speaks Hungarian and English on an advanced level
– Has 3+ years of professional experience
– Has comprehensive understanding of logistics, business, economics
– Has a strong knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel), SAP
– International or CEE experience is an advantage
