The Manufacturing Science and Technology Expert:
Explores new collaboration opportunities with external partners.
Evaluates technically and financially the technology propositions of potential pertner and prepares internal project initiation proposals for proof of concept studies.
Leads proof of concept studies, reports advencement of the projects, prepares evaluation and final decisions on internalization of the solutions.
Acts as the main contact for assigned projects for internal and external stakeholders.
Sets up daily/weekly meetings, ensures the proper documentation of scientific activities.
Conducts literature reviews and supports protocol writing.
Leads external (research groups, academic partners, HCP etc.) and internal (early development teams, regulatory, quality assurance, digitalization teams, OPEX, production units etc.)collaborations.
Requirements:
Master’s degree or PhD in Bioengineering or in Life Sciences (Degree in Biology, Pharmacy, or Medicinal Chemistry)
Proven scientific and technology experience gained in one or more of the following areas: vaccinology/vaccine production; microbial/cell culture/ viral/transgenic protein production technologies; lyophylization; emulsification; adjuvants/immunopotentiators; biological and other analytical methods (immunochemical methods, FACS, cell-culture based methods, spectroscopy etc.)
Strong interpersonal and communicational skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a very strong client focus
Fluency in English and Hungarian
Project management experience, GMP experience, Lean/6-sigma background are benefits
