We are searching for a new colleague who will join to the MOL Campus Program Office team as a
Facility Management BMS expert
The aim of the position is to ensure the simple, efficient, safe and smooth operation of the assets related to the MOL Campus project in a technical, process, employee experience and SD&HSE point of view considering the available best practices and cost effectiveness. Furthermore, to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations and standard from automation perspective.

Here’s how your scope will look like:
• Oversees FM service providers and external partners, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and maintaining BMS functionality through error fixes, tests, and software updates.
• Determines the maintenance strategy and elaborates maintenance plan for the MOL Campus considering technical and LEED/BREEAM requirements and employee experience as well, ensures these implementations. Defines service levels and controls their fulfilment.
• Ensures the continuous functionality and smooth and safe operation of the building. Responsible for the compliance of health and safety, fire prevention and environmental regulations, corporate regulations, laws, standards and quality requirements in relation to the respective professional area.
• Contributes to the annual and monthly budget planning (FTE, OPEX, CAPEX) and ensures the cost effective implementation within the approved budget.

• Participates in the continuous improvement of Facility Management processes. Proposes measures to increase efficiency and/or service quality, prepares technical development plans and coordinates their implementation in case of approval. Facilitates and ensures the fulfilment of predictive maintenance, generates innovative cutting-edge solutions.
• Responsible for the successful implementation of investment type projects according to the plans including compliance with financial, technical and regulatory (especially SD&HSE) requirements. In case of deviances or issues, takes the necessary actions to eliminate or minimize these.
• Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of an Integrated and Intelligent Building Management System, facilitates the integration of the BMS and IoT platforms, as well as ensures BIM processes and up-to-date digital database and model.
• Contributes to the execution of all additional tasks (including administration) during the progress which is needed for the successful project implementation, building operation and service delivery.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have SOME of the requirements:
• University or college degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, control system engineer
• Customer experience focus
• 3 years experiences in facility management (incl. BMS)
• Extensive project control and project management experience
• experience in construction and in complex and innovative electrical systems

• knowledge of relevant regulatory environment
• ability to interpret and draw electrical plans, schemes
• knowledge of the operation and relationships of integrated building management system
• Siemens PLC programming and debugging
• Building management system & application
• CAD or equivalent, BIM
• CAFM system
• Intermediate in English
• Fluent Hungarian
