Summary of the Position:
Ceva Phylaxia is looking to hire Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist. The objective of this role is to deliver simplification and continuous improvement initiatives across functions and to foster a continuous improvement culture. This role will support the organization’s business transformation efforts by bringing speed and simplicity to our business processes and better ways of working.

Your everyday activity will include:
Identifying cost savings opportunities and leading related projects.
Support the change management.
Coordinate and support the Lean developing projects (5S, Kaizen)
Improve and lead Lean trainings.
Conduct structured problem-solving exercises.
Support for communication related to the Operational Excellence Program.
Essential statements preparation.
Elaborate and implementate process development suggestions.
Self-starter and motivated by challenge; promote and drive change.
Strong sense of teamwork with high level of individual contribution with exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.

Have a university degree, engineering degree is an advantage.
At least 5 years experience in Lean improvment projects in a manufacturing set up.
Have a high level of proficiency in Lean devices (5S, SW, VSM, Go Sees).
Have knowledge and use of structured problem-solving.
Working proficiency in computer programs necessary to support data mining, trending, statistical analysis, and graphical reporting.
Excellent project management with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Have excellent communication facility.
Working proficiency in English i.e. both oral and in writing.
High level of motivation in both in work and in terms of further learning and development.
Assertive communication.
Ability to work, both independently and in mixed groups.
Ability to support all shifts and departments on Continuous Improvement initiatives.
