Description
– Own and lead the service management unit and activities that are key parts of the European merchant services operation
– Oversee and coordinate all the local operation activities (customer support and field services) either outsourced or insourced
– Measure, manage and support 3rd parties providing any direct or indirect service to
Euronet or its customers
– Manage all terminals across Europe including procurement, warehousing, repair- and application management
– Maintain an up-to-date operational documentation framework
– Investigate technical issues and provide 2nd level support to local operations and handle escalations;
– Represent operation team in the User and Production Acceptance Tests (UAT and PAT)
Requirements
– Great problem-solving skills, logical thinking, ability to work under strict deadlines,
– Highly organized with taking the initiative to continuously improve our processes,
– College degree and 3-5 years of experience in working in a similar, service focused position
– Experience in the banking, card processing or terminal management industry or relevant area,
– Fluency in English (French, Italian or German is advantage)
