We established our service centre supporting Tescos operation in the Central European region back in 2019. Our colleagues provide service for Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia in several fields: finance, people and payroll services, colleague and customer engagement, customer and product, enterprise analytics. Besides these, we have a modern Technology Hub developing software and applications used by millions of people – customers and colleagues – globally. Responsibilities:
Work closely with central Business Services Transformation team to understand regional landscapes and identify appropriate transformational opportunities
Serve in a lead role in the design, implementation and optimization of end-to-end business processes
Support teams mapping out their processes and creating Standard Operating Procedures
Conduct analysis on processes to feed further pipeline of improvement projects and quick wins into Functional Improvement Plans
Identify process improvements and opportunities for automation & create required documents
Build pipeline of RPA opportunities with RPA CoE
Partner with subject matter experts to generate and analyze information that will support the recommendations of solutions that address productivity, efficiency, complexity, and strategic opportunities, while enhancing the customer experience
Participate in and support multiple internal levels of management in the analysis and evaluation of initiatives, projects, and issues
Coordinate and perform the planning, executing and closing of project and process improvement initiatives to include following up on work plan activities and providing support for the functions where required
Learn and apply Business Services CI Framework, method and tools
Embed a culture of Continuous Improvement and build capability through coaching at all operational levels, delivering tangible benefits
Ensure that processes are continually optimized to deliver efficiency savings
Requirements:
Lean mindset and experience in applying lean tools
Logical & Analytical mindset
Facilitation, coaching and coordination skills
Stakeholder and change management
Highly motivated, initiative talker
Able to work on own initiative & take ownership
Graduate/High school education
Advanced English knowledge
2 – 4 years professional experience in a relevant field
