Tasks
– Maintain training materials, conduct training about specific topics (e.g. metrics, QA activities)
– Participate on reviews, provide review findings, ensure the common understanding, collect feedbacks
– Analyse, interpret the customer requirements and communicate the result for the management
– Identify risks and special topics
– Hold process clarification in specific topics in customer project
– Collect best practices, project feedbacks and forward them to the interested parties (e.g. PQL, DL, PDPO, process team)
– Participate in measurement system establishment
– Support cross-project lessons learnt activities
– Support audits and assessments (maintain the meetings, meeting minutes, action points, track, support the handling of non-conformities)
Requirements
– BSc or MSc degree
– Knowledge of development processes/ experience in quality field are advantage
– Intermediate level English knowledge
– Process oriented personality
– Team player attitude
– Systematic way of thinking
