What kind of tasks are waiting for you?
Management
1. Manage, coordinates and animates the activity of his team by ensuring the achievement of the assigned missions by improving the training of the latter.
2. Maintains operational and quality reporting tools on a daily basis: workload indicators, deviations, OOS.
3. Ensure the backup of the Unit Leader Manager in case of absence.
Good level of quality and strategy
4. Ensure that resources are allocated to the execution of day-to-day operations.
5. Participate to optimize the laboratory schedule in collaboration with the Supply Chain by proposing the best deadlines and alert systems.
6. Alert line managers in the event of a quality problem or other unusual event, etc.
7. Proposes and implements, within the framework of a medium-term action plan, the actions necessary to improve the performance and productivity of his department, in his area of responsibility.
8. Check and approve the data and authorize the results in the LIMS
QMS and documentation
10. Perform regulatory check and update an SOP, instructions of finish product, raw materials, antigens, packaging article according to the monographs in force (AMM, Ph.Eur, USP,…..).
11. Define and update quality control laboratory procedures, instructions and forms…..
Ensures laboratory GMP compliance by ensuring:
12. Management of OOS results and deviations within the laboratory and inform the Supply Chain and QA in the event of an impact.
13. Ensure action plans (CAPA) are processed on time following deviations, change controls, audits and inspections.
14. Follow-up of the laboratory technicians training.

15. Ensure preparation for inspection within the laboratory, perform audits and participate in audits / inspections.

16. Ensure the development of skills of technicians on the quality control laboratory activities.
