Responsibilities:

Assess processes and build pipeline of opportunities drive tangible benefits
Validate automation requirements in partnership with business teams and delivery partners
Identify fit for purpose automation solutions and apply practices already in place
Conduct feasibility assessment for the identified automation opportunities such as: RPA, Power Automate, Python, SharePoint, OCR etc
Understand industry trends on automation solutions to stay up to date with what digital solutions can be applied
Prepare documentation for all automations opportunities and progress to delivery queue
Support Automation Development phases such as: Solution Design, UAT & Deployment
Provide frequent and relevant updates to all relevant people and teams at all times
Identify and initiate projects to improve and optimise ways of working within the team
Adhere to norms, guidelines and practices laid out for RPA at all times
Improve efficiency & effectiveness of the team by identifying opportunities to improve and optimise ways of working
Understand the Continuous Improvement principles at Tesco and work in accordance with the same
Adhere to the weekly work schedule to ensure process delivery, active participation in team meetings, and knowledge sharing sessions

Requirements:

University education
Advanced level of English
1-2 years professional experience
Understanding and experience of other solutions like
VBA, VB Scripts, SQL, C# etc. is preferred
Process Mapping and Designing preferred
Designing Functional and Solution Design Documents
Strong focus on delivering customer expectations
Build strong relationships with colleagues
Provide technical guidance and direction to the
development team
Working with integrity and inspiring others
