Then your place is here with us as an SAP P2P DevOps Team Lead based in MOL brandnew Budapest Campus building.
Responsibilities:
· Leads the analysis of business processes and requirements, handling business requests from technical side and preparation and execution of IT development plans to fulfil business needs.
· Manage the operation of IT applications/services in his/her area, provides professional support to his/her team, manages and addresses issues and change request, makes suggestions for improving related processes.
· Responsible for the lifecycle management (registration, installation, change, revocation) of the operating related software licenses in his/her area, and the usage of the used software under the license agreement, tracking of application lifecycle, consolidation and management of related activities in her field.
· Supervise status of applications and configuration items, makes recommendations for improving related processes and support systems.
· Coordinates, manage, motivate, develop and train his/her team of 10, including the administrative tasks in relation to the team (checking vacation plans, CATS, SLA times).
· Participate in Annual People Cycle (APC) processes within his/her team.
· Conducts and participates in the recruitment, selection and induction processes.
Requirements:
· Higher professional, Information Technology, Engineering or Economics degree
· 5+ years professional experience in managing an operation or development team, preferably in SAP,
· experience in IT Project work is an advantage
· English is at active level
