Tasks:
– Good knowledge of RedHat Enterprise Linux system administration
– 1-3 years of practical experience in RedHat Enterprise Linux system administration
– Proven experience in the use and administration of RedHat Satellite Server and Ansible Scripting
– ITIL Foundation certification
– Independent execution of orders and partial orders
– Solving simple problems
– Management of smaller sub-projects
– Ability to document activities carried out and simple correlations
– Experience with monitoring tools e.g. Nagios, Zabbix, Cacti desirable
– Basic understanding of storage systems and network environments
– Creation and maintenance of documentation
– Fluent German (min. C1) and fluent English (min. B2)

Requirements:
– Operating a server landscape in a closed loop consisting of the procurement of new systems, the installation of servers, the operation of servers and the deinstallation of servers
– Independent development of solutions within the framework of specified requirements and a specified technical and organisational architecture
– Regular coordination with your colleagues, other service providers and the customers specialist departments
– You create the documentation for the technical infrastructure and organisational processes
– You will support project management in the automation of service processes and the standardisation of services as well as in the planning, introduction and operation of new tools, including in the areas of patch and release management and virtualisation
Independent takeover and management of small projects in the above-mentioned areas.
– Mon – Fri 8 hours between 07:00 and 18:00 h, i.e.
– 1st early shift: from 07:00 to approx. 16:00 h
– 2nd office shift: from approx. 08:00 to approx. 17:00 h
– 3rd late shift: from approx. 09:00 to 18:00 h
– Participation in on-call duty outside working hours (Mon – Fri 07:00 – 18:00 h) for 1 week in each case
