Purpose of the role:

As a Senior Engineer you will be a key member of the Digital Workplace team, driving technology standards and implementation of digital workplace platforms/solutions. You will be responsible for the definition and maintenance of the technical architecture always ensuring full risk and security compliance too. As an active member of the Trivium Infrastructure Team, which is the owner of the complete Trivium infrastructure you will be actively contribute to / advocate the Trivium Enterprise Architecture as well as Information security Principles. 

Your responsibilities:

Defines and maintains the technical configuration and setup of the digital workplace solutions 
Display the right level of technical design documentation and create technological solutions 
Assure platform compliance with all information security standards, policies, and controls 
Participate and recommend prioritization through the project implementation process 
Hands-on development to demonstrate component selection and prototyping. 
Ability to act as a key project/agile team member and provide leadership and ownership in technical implementation, 3rd line resolution and vendor escalation. 
Utilize understanding of industry solution trends to innovate and provide new project/product ideas within the platform/solution lifecycle 
Participate in governance mechanisms and ensure that deliveries exceed governance standards

This role will suit you if you have the following:

Educational background and experience in IT/OT, Security, and Solution Engineering in Enterprise environments 
Strong English verbal and written presentation skills 
Strong relationship development with all primary and secondary stakeholders 
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
Minimal of 5 yrs. experience in platform/solution as an Engineer (preferred in a manufacturing era) 
Experience with all elements of change, project, and agile management in a manufacturing environment 
Experience with all major forms of quality assurance 
Preferred experience with leading project or agile teams, including the development of project or agile management deliverables 
Experience in applying information security standards, frameworks and controls 
Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD client management
SCCM/MEM/MDM/MAM/Intune
Windows 10/11 OS imaging/deployment with SCCM and/or Autopilot
Application packaging and deployments methodologies in a Hybrid AzureAD environment
M365 and Azure stack for endpoint services and management/reporting
VDI technologies, focus on Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop and thin clients (eg. iGel)
General enterprise grade client and collaboration (videoconferencing) hardware management
BYOD/CYOD device deployment methodologies
