JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensuring that our customers always have the right information at the right place for installing, using, and servicing their products
Creating and updating product information based on various forms of input for new and existing products from global companies
Creating audience-focused technical documentation that is complex in subject matter or structure
Collaborating with software developers, reviewers, editors, and other writers to ensure a consistent, seamless, and integrated documentation
Publishing the relevant internal and external customer product information libraries
Ensuring that product information is technically reviewed and verified for each development milestone, correcting trouble reports
Participating in required meetings with active engagement
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Strong technical writing experience (min. 2-3 years)
Degree in information technology, computer science or a similar field (BSc/MSc)
Hands on experience working in the energy sector
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (Advanced level)
Good multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team
PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS, PERSONAL TRAITS, EXPERIENCE
Work experience in telecommunications or IT sector
Work experience in DITA
Strong technical understanding
Analytical thinking, thoroughness, good communication skills
