Senior People Admin and Payroll Associate (fixed-term)

Our colleagues provide service for Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia in several fields: finance, people and payroll services, colleague and customer engagement, customer and product, enterprise analytics. Understand end to end processes, legislation and policies
Handle any supervisor calls received from the People partners in Stores / Office / DCs and resolve the issue
Reporting to State authorities like year-end taxation, periodic payment file submission, joiner and leaver information, etc.
Complete authority queries as per legislation and policies
Complete all tasks related to workplace accidents
Cooperate with vendors to ensure all queries and issues are solved
Complete all critical activities together with payroll closing
Complete approvals and checks on payroll processes
Complete Payroll closing files and reports
Complete and forward ad-hoc or mid-month payroll files


Graduate/high school education
Upper-intermediate English knowledge
3-4 years of payroll experience
Ability to handle personal data with highest level of confidentiality
Ability to work accurately and consistently
Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
Knowledge of NEXON is an advantage
