Currently, we are looking for a talented Specialist for our Master Data Management Team focusing on clients in Spain.
As a Spanish Speaking Master Data Management Specialist your role will be:
-preparing the contract documentation for companies that the Sales Team wants to sign contracts with
-filling customer database templates once Sales signed the contract
-filling rate forms with the renewed pricing in case of changes in rates
-managing fleet availability changes in our system
-setting up Avis Worldwide Discount number representing the contract
-responding to customer and partner queries and documentation of action /resolution
-providing administrative support to sales managers in the headquarter
-precise documentation of actions and resolutions in the relevant systems
-recognizing opportunities for improving processes
To join us, we are looking forward to your application if you have:
-at least intermediate knowledge of English and Spanish
-similar experience in a Shared Service environment is an advantage but not a must
-a precise attitude to administrative tasks
-strong problem-solving skills, logical & proactive thinking, ability to take initiative
-collaborative approach, willingness to work in a close-knit team
-confident communication skills
-ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
-have an eye for the smallest details and enjoy process improvement
-experience in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel with confidence
