JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team of consultants to work in the telecommunications industry.
What would be your tasks as a Technical Writer?
Creating and updating product information based on various forms of input for new and existing products from global companies
Collaborating with software developers, reviewers, editors, and other writers to ensure consistent, seamless, and integrated documentation
Publishing the relevant internal and external customer product information libraries
Ensuring that product information is technically reviewed and verified for each development milestone, correcting trouble reports
Participating in required meetings with active engagement
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
B.Sc./M.Sc. or ongoing education in English Studies, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field
Work experience in technical writing or technical information or technical support area
Excellent written and spoken English language
Analytic thinking, thoroughness, and good communication skills
Critical thinking skills to seek customer problems
Good ability in multi-tasking and independent problem solving
Strong research and analytical skills
Attention to detail
PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS, PERSONAL TRAITS, EXPERIENCE
Able to learn about new products, technology, and tools quickly
Experience with XML and Dita
Opennes to telecommunication industry
