Shell Global Account – Controlling & Cost Management Trainee

Your task will be:
Controlling: assistant activities to international department controller (booking and data check in SAP, accruals, reports, etc.)
Handle Purchase Orders (shopping cart creation, reporting, booking)
Follow the invoicing process in SAP
Prepare invoicing files
Prepare rebooking / correction files for SAP booking uploads, based on report inputs
Initiate cost transfers based on agreements
Take part in the financial part of employee onboarding, clarify financial data
Create regular financial reports
Take part in ad-hoc reporting and cost management activities
Qualifications
Ongoing university/college studies in Economics/Finance
Controlling/Cost management experience
Advanced Hungarian and English level (B2-C1)
Good Excel skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Team player attitude
Ability to work in a multi-located virtual team
Precise and pays attention to details
Advantages:
SAP knowledge
Macro, SQL knowledge
International experience or customer service/ service management experience is an advantage
