If you’d like to join us, our Business Service Centre in Budapest, supporting the Group’s subsidiaries across EMEA, is now looking for a talented Transformation Analyst to help the team achieve success and keep our clients satisfied.

As Transformation Analyst your role will be:

· Work and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders within the Finance community to understand process standardisation and automation opportunities

· Plan and implement automation initiatives using solutions within the portfolio of the Transformation Team

· Drive process simplification related to the Oracle Fusion implementation through the business to achieve maximum benefit from the implementation

· Maintain and improve data quality in financial systems

· Anticipate and identify project and operational issues and risks; recommend solutions

· Review errors and undertake root cause analysis on both internal and external processes

· Work within ABG’s PCI and SOX controls

· Support the Finance community with various ad-hoc or regular reporting tasks, by creating new, more effective reports and document reporting activities

· University or College degree in field of finance or economical

· Advanced English (verbal, written) language knowledge

· Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills

· Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment

· Ability to take initiative

· Experience in financial/accounting ERP systems such Coda or Oracle

· Knowledge of the business processes and requirements of the Finance & Accounting team, including critical cyclical activities such as month/quarter/year end and close procedures

· “can do “ mentality, collaborative approach; team spirit

· Confident user skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel
