RESULTS OF THE 1st JOBVERSE JOB FAIR

21-22. SEPTEMBER 2022.

The JOBVERSE Job Fair was created as an event where job hunting becomes a real experience. The meeting of the words 'job' and 'universe' carries one of our key messages: at JOBVERSE, visitors can find everything they need to support their job search and career development in one place, all spiced up with experiences.

We main goal is to connect employers with quality, relevant job seekers.

We are proud of our exhibitors and sponsors, with whom we have created the first JOBVERSE experience, giving thousands of job seekers a lasting experience and the chance to find a new job that meets their expectations.

The first JOBVERSE Job Fair received very positive feedback from our visitors, who particularly highlighted the programs, the experience elements, the organization and the technical solutions of the event. 77.78% of those who shared their opinion gave a positive (8, 9 or 10) rating, of which more than 25% rated the event with a maximum (10) score.

Visitor feedback provides a solid basis for long-term development, building and continuously increasing the visitor base, as we will look at our former visitors as our future ambassadors.

I really liked the good organization, the many exhibitors and the fact that the visitors had the opportunity to gain new experiences while looking for a job.

I liked the attitude of the employers. I could feel that the workers were important to them. They addressed me and reported on the company and products; was where it was shown. As if they were standing in line, not the employees in the corridor. I thought it was practical that at one of the stands, it was printed on the wall to read what positions they were looking for.

Most of our visitors were looking for jobs in Marketing, Sales, HR. This was followed by Engineering, Technical, and closely followed by other areas requiring a Professional qualification and IT.

AGE DISTRIBUTION OF VISITORS

The majority of visitors were aged 25-34. There were also a large number of visitors from the 18-24 and 35-44 age groups. On a positive note, there was also a big ratio of job seekers aged 45 and over, allowing our exhibitors looking for senior professionals with decades of experience to recruit successfully.

EDUCATIONAL LEVEL OF THOSE REGISTERED

Almost two thirds of visitors (63.3%) have a university or college degree, but there are also significant proportions of people with a secondary education (22.2%) and a vocational qualification (12.9%). The number of people with a bachelor's degree is low (1.6%).

LANGUAGES OF THE SUPPORTERS

English is the dominant language spoken by visitors, followed by German, with a significant gap. French, Spanish, Italian and Russian speakers accounted for 2-3% of our visitors, and 6.9% spoke a language other than those shown in the graph at least at an intermediate level.

VISITORS' EXPERIENCE LEVEL

More than a third of visitors have 8+ years of experience but there was also a large number of students looking for internships and student jobs who are still studying.
