The JOBVERSE Job Fair was created as an event where job hunting becomes a real experience. The meeting of the words 'job' and 'universe' carries one of our key messages: at JOBVERSE, visitors can find everything they need to support their job search and career development in one place, all spiced up with experiences.
We main goal is to connect employers with quality, relevant job seekers.
We are proud of our exhibitors and sponsors, with whom we have created the first JOBVERSE experience, giving thousands of job seekers a lasting experience and the chance to find a new job that meets their expectations.
The first JOBVERSE Job Fair received very positive feedback from our visitors, who particularly highlighted the programs, the experience elements, the organization and the technical solutions of the event. 77.78% of those who shared their opinion gave a positive (8, 9 or 10) rating, of which more than 25% rated the event with a maximum (10) score.
Visitor feedback provides a solid basis for long-term development, building and continuously increasing the visitor base, as we will look at our former visitors as our future ambassadors.
In the questionnaire, which was sent out at the end of the event, we asked our visitors "Who would you most like to work for out of all the exhibitors at JOBVERSE?". Here's the the the popularity ranking based on the answers given by our visitors:
In the Counselling Workshop, supported by Codecool, visitors could ask for expert advice on 18 topics. A total of 504 personal counselling sessions were held over the two days, with the following 3 topics proving to be the most popular:

The majority of visitors were aged 25-34. There were also a large number of visitors from the 18-24 and 35-44 age groups. On a positive note, there was also a big ratio of job seekers aged 45 and over, allowing our exhibitors looking for senior professionals with decades of experience to recruit successfully.
More than a third of visitors have 8+ years of experience but there was also a large number of students looking for internships and student jobs who are still studying.
