To ensure safe and effective participation in the event for all, please comply with the following mandatory rules:

• The decoration of the walls, furniture and other furnishings of the stand with vinyl film, the application of any self-adhesive stickers on these surfaces and the application of floor stickers on the stand aisles may only be carried out by the Organizer. The Organizer shall be entitled to remove any self-adhesive stickers from any equipment without prior notice.
• The aisles between stands are designed in accordance with safety and fire regulations, which also indicate escape routes. Any narrowing of these passageways (e.g. stand equipment hanging out of the designated area, etc.) is strictly prohibited!
• Promotional and awareness-raising activities (including the distribution of leaflets and promotional gifts) may only be carried out by our exhibitors in their own stand area and within half a meter of the stand area.
• Please do not set up your own wireless Internet network, as this will interfere with the hall's WiFi network and weaken the signal strength! To ensure the continuous and faultless operation of the internet service, do not run DHCP servers, PPPoE servers or Internet sharing software. Do not run torrent or other P2P applications during the event.
• Decorate the stand elements without any permanent changes: drilling, nailing, gluing (mirrors or carpet glue) is prohibited! After closing time, please hand over your stand in the same condition as when you arrived!
• It is strictly forbidden to bring flammable or explosive gases, liquids or solids (including helium-filled balloons) into the hall area.
• Bringing knives, cutting instruments or weapons is prohibited.
• Music or any activity involving noise levels of more than 60 dB must be avoided.
• Please do not take food and drinks from the Exhibitor Café to the event area or the stand.
• Alcohol consumption is prohibited the event area.
• A live animal may be brought into the event hall area only with a permit and appropriate medical documentation (except for animals performing their duties, e.g. working dogs).
