Job fairs can be overwhelming: lots of people, countless stands and exhibitors, lots of impulses. With a bit of preparation, you’ll feel much calmer and more confident, and that will show when you talk to company representatives.
The JOBVERSE Job Fair Handbook is the ultimate guide to getting ready. Inside, you’ll find every tips for your job search:
You can download the Handbook from your profile.
One of the most important steps in preparing is uploading your CV to your profile because this is where exhibitors will access it from once they scan the QR code on your Career Pass (you’ll receive this at the entrance).
Did you know that your profile shows you job offers based on your field of expertise? Yup, that's right! Log in and click on the "Jobs for me" button in your profile!
TIP: Save your favorites, so you can approach those companies directly at the fair!
IMPORTANT: The Jobs for Me feature only provides a preview of our exhibitors’ positions. If you don’t see jobs that match your field or level of experience, it’s still worth attending and asking your preferred companies in person.
You can also filter companies based on your preferences in the Job search menu.
Don’t forget to check our On-site Info page, where you’ll find the opening hours, the color assigned to your field, and directions on how to get to the fair.
To enter the event, you’ll need a QR code, which you can find in your JOBVERSE profile or in the email you get before the event.
IMPORTANT: This year we've, set up a check-in desk dedicated to our international visitors. To speed up check-in, please use the International Visitors Check-in desk!
The first 100 participants each day who show at the Info Desk that they recommended the event in their profile will receive a guaranteed Nissin or BURN gift package, while supplies last.
At the event, every exhibitor has a stand sign on the side of their stand. The pictograms on the sign indicate what job opportunities they offer at the job fair.
The 3 pictograms marked with pink help our international visitors to find exhibitors that are looking for English-speaking candidates.
Hungarian language skills are not required
The company welcomes colleagues from outside the EU
English-speaking colleagues are present at the stand
For the meaning of the rest of the pictograms, check out our On-site info page.
