THE CAREER THAT'S WAITING FOR YOU

If you want to work in a modern, fast-paced environment full of opportunities for development, then the SSC/BSS sector is the place for you!

What is SSC/BSS?

The SSC (Shared Service Centre) or BSS (Business Services Sector) sector is where large companies outsource their various business functions (e.g. finance, HR, IT, marketing, logistics or customer service) to a single centre.

This centre is often located in Hungary, where you can be part of these international processes!

It's a good opportunity for newcomers and career changers, as it's often not experience that counts, but language skills and attitude.

Is it for you?

  • Do you speak foreign languages (especially English, but more are always a plus)?
  • Do you have at least a secondary school degree?
    Do you work with precision?
Do you enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced environment?
  • Can you perform well both in a team and independently?
  • Are you a good communicator, both written and verbal?

Then there is a good chance this sector is a great fit for you! And the best part: you don’t need years of experience! For many positions, a high school diploma and confident language skills are enough. Most companies will teach you the necessary knowledge through in-house training and mentoring.

Don't think of it as a classic call centre: it's much more than that, as you're supporting corporate clients, not customers.

What can you expect?

✅ Stability
✅ Flexibility
✅ Competitive salary
✅ Professional development
✅ Digital tools and automations
✅ Modern office and/or home office opportunities
✅ International atmosphere: you can work with several countries and in several languages
