The myCV system at the JOBVERSE venue only works on the iPads provided by us.
It does not work on other tablets or on phones.

Step 1: Open the Safari browser on the iPad (IMPORTANT: do NOT use incognito mode), and navigate to the JOBVERSE exhibitor login page: https://jobverse.hu/en/visitor-login/

Here you can enter your email address and password, then click the login button.
(If you cannot log in, please contact your JOBVERSE representative.)

Drop-off (mandatory at the end of both days):
1 October (Wednesday) 7:00 – 7:45 pm
2 October (Thursday) 5:00 – 5:45 pm

Step 2: After logging in, open the Camera app on the iPad and scan the QR code on the visitor’s Career Pass. Then click on the link that appears in the pop-up window. This will open the visitor’s profile.
Here you can see their name, email address, CV (if uploaded), language skills, and the result of the Captain Team Role test (if completed).

On their profile you can:

• Assign them to one of the positions you have listed on your microsite,
• Enter any other position name freely,
• Add notes, ratings, or other important details in the Comments field (e.g. still in probation, notice period, outstanding qualities, etc.),
• If multiple colleagues use the system, you can also record the name of the colleague who registered the data at the bottom of the profile.

IMPORTANT: Always save the visitor’s profile if you want to access it later!
After saving, a “Successful save” message will appear at the top of the window. This ensures that the visitor’s profile has been recorded. The visitor will then appear in the Registered visitors list found in the menu. Notes can also be edited later.

Please note: If you do not press the save button on the profile page, we cannot provide access to that visitor’s data afterwards.

To scan the QR code of a new visitor, open the Camera app again.

By scanning a QR code: open the Camera app and scan the QR code on the visitor’s Career Pass. Then click on the link that appears in the pop-up window, which will take you to the visitor’s profile! On this page, you can assign the candidate to the available positions and also add notes.

IMPORTANT: Always save the visitor’s profile if you want to access it later!

To scan a new visitor’s QR code, open the Camera app again.

You can find the visitors you have registered under the Registered visitors menu item. Here you can return to their profiles at any time and even add further notes.

The data of the visitors you registered during the event will be available under the Downloads menu, which will become active the day after the event. Once available, you will be notified by email.

You can download the registered visitor data in several formats:

• Individual user data - one by one,
• As a database in .XML or .CSV format,
• In an Excel sheet with all available data (without CVs),
• All applicants’ materials as a packaged file - for mass email notifications.

• If the QR code cannot be read, hold the code a bit further away from the iPad’s rear camera.
• If the internet is not working, please check your connection.
