NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for a Junior Full Stack (Python) Developer in its office in Budapest (Vaci Greens, 13th district). You’ll be part of a team of professionals who are ready to find the best tailor-made IT solutions for their multinational clients in various industries and solve complex problems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development of interactive web systems and services.
- Following best practices of code writing using modern approaches and patterns.
- Creating both the frontend and backend components of web applications.
- Become a member of a team of professionals to achieve high-quality results efficiently.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- At least 1 year of experience in commercial projects.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English level.
- Good understanding of Python and JavaScript (TypeScript) concepts.
- Experience with React, Vue or Angular.
- Strong understanding of developing REST services using FastAPI/DRF/Flask web frameworks.
- Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Understanding of Version Control Systems (such as Git).
- Writing unit tests for a web application using unittest/pytest.
- Knowledge of Containerization (Docker).
- Attention to details and an ability to identify issues and escalate potential problems with the suggested solutions to management.
- Quick learning and result-orientation.
WILL BE A PLUS:
- Experience working with one of the Cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
- Experience with Angular.
- Understanding of Monolithic and Microservices Architectures.
- Experience with NoSQL databases (DynamoDB/MongoDB/Redis).
