Join us as Customer Care Representative with French Speaking Representative

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting requests via email, phone and web for direct customers, distributors and the Sales team;
  • Handling quote requests and entering purchase orders in SAP;
  • Managing allocated key accounts and regions, and back up other
    regions;
  • Working in cooperation with team members from Sales, Inside Sales and
  • Technical Support to help resolve issues, and find improvements which increase ease of doing business, and prevent those issues arising again;
  • Interfacing with Supply Chain & Engineering to coordinate shipments of material to meet customers, requirements;
  • Co-ordinating service/goods Inwards to coordinate the return of material for repair and or restock;
  • Entering and maintaining Customer Master Data plus execution of relevant security checks;
  • Using customers’ portals for order management purposes;
  • Handling customer claims as first point of contact;
  • Supporting the collections team in case of disputed invoices;
  • Ensuring all transactions are compliant as per BH policies and Druck Export Control regulations.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • To be excellent in spoken and written in French. 
  • To be good in spoken and written in English.  
  • Graduated commercial apprenticeship 
  • Distinct customer focus. 
  • To be good team player 
  • Experience in direct talk-to customer 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications and preferably in SAP 
  • Ideally basic technical knowledge
