Key Responsibilities:
- Support and guide our employees throughout their employment life cycle with a focus on HR operations and administrative.
- Independently manage HR operational tasks such as contract preparation, onboarding, offboarding, organizational changes, certificate preparation, and documentation, in line with defined standards and timelines.
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure high-quality digital documentation.
- Ensure compliance with country specific labor law and internal policies in all HR processes.
- Cooperate closely with other HR teams (e.g., Payroll, HRBPs, Recruitment) and the business to ensure a smooth and efficient employee experience.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes by identifying opportunities for efficiency and suggesting enhancements.
- Support HR reporting and data analytics activities by preparing regular and ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics (e.g., KPIs, headcount) using Excel or other tools; analyze trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Document process changes clearly and ensure proper communication with all impacted stakeholders.
- Provide support for internal HR audits and controls.
- Take part in potential knowledge transfer activities and support the onboarding of new colleagues within our HR teams.
- Participate in cross-country or cross-functional HR projects where relevant.
Your profile:
- Completed studies in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in HR administration, with a focus on employee life-cycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
- Experience in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and certificates, ensuring full legal compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Excellent communication in Spanish/German/Italian/French
- Fluent in English.
