Main responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team delivering export sales order management services to internal customers, ensuring positive customer experience
Oversee customer order administration from order taking through validation, export documentation preparation, delivery, and invoicing
Monitor operational KPIs and ensure compliance with Sanofi policies, international trade regulations, and export requirements
Coach and develop Export Sales Order Analysts, managing team performance, workload allocation, and employee lifecycle
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in process automation projects to eliminate redundant activities
Partner effectively with Logistics, Sales & Operations Execution teams, and Customer Fulfillment representatives
Ensure onboarding and training programs are organized for new hires and existing team members

About you
Experience:

Experience in Order Management, Order to Cash, or Customer Service, preferably in Pharma
Team leadership experience with proven ability to manage and develop people
Deep expertise in international trade regulations and export operations

Technical and Soft Skills:

Excellent English and German (written and verbal); other European languages are a plus
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Customer-focused mindset with ability to maintain satisfaction at team level
Hands-on experience with SAP (S4 Hana, SD, and GTS modules preferred)
Ability to lead, organize, and prioritize for yourself and your team
