Our main goal is to connect our exhibitors with high-quality, truly relevant job seekers. However, we have also dared to dream big and with our innovative ideas we have created Hungary's first experiential event, JOBVERSE Job Fair.
We have given visitors plenty of reasons to feel this way and the feedback speak for themselves.
.69 %
of our visitors gave positive ratings (8, 9, 10) to visitors who felt that JOBVERSE was more than just a job fair. Of these, 28.52%(!) gave the event a maximum score.
More than 700 visitors were offered counselling in our Counselling Workshop and on HealthSziget, helping them.
The BT Career Stage featured 11 career and self-development related presentations over the two days, with almost full houses, the most popular of which was Anikó Pethő's presentation "How to position yourself as a career starter".
The BT Career Stage hosted 18 career and self-development presentations over the two days, of which the most popular presentation was by Father Feri Pál.
According to the feedback of those who shared their opinions, almost half of the visitors (44.16%) spent 1-3 hours at the event, which is why it is very important that exhibitors attract attention with their activity and openness inside the stand, so that they are sure to be visited.
With the additional programmes (presentations, advice sessions, Health Island, experiential elements), we have successfully achieved that visitors spend up to half a day (3-5 hours: 32.49%, 5-7 hours: 10.11%) at JOBVERSE.
Only the really motivated ones have dedicated one or two whole days to the event (5.29%+3.13%).
In the questionnaire, which was sent out at the end of the event, we asked our visitors "Who would you most like to work for out of all the exhibitors at JOBVERSE?". Here's the the the popularity ranking based on the top 10 answers:
Our adventure game, JOBVERSE GO by Flinkit!, which debuted in Spring 2023, has been continued due to popular demand. In this game, we combine the excitement of Pokémon GO's role-playing with the thrill of treasure hunting through geocaching. While hunting QR codes, participants can interact more casually with booth representatives and get a wealth of information about our exhibitors while playing. 461 people played with us in autumn 2023, answering questions.
Most of our visitors were looking for jobs in Trade/Sales, Marketing, HR (27.27%). This was followed by Information Technology (19.64%), followed closely by Professional qualifications, Engineering, Technical, Finance, Accounting, Logistics and Administration, Customer Service.
More than 70% of visitors have a university or college degree, with a high number of people with secondary education (14.07%) and those with an OKJ (13.10%). The number of people with a lower grade degree is low - they are typically still in secondary school (1.29%).
In JOBVERSE's marketing campaign, we have given a prominent place and role to various online advertising platforms, with a special emphasis on Facebook, Instagram, Ads and TikTok.
