Most of our visitors were searching for jobs in Trade/Sales, Marketing, HR (25,26%), followed by Information Technology (17,28%) and Other fields requiring special qualifications (17,59%). This was followed almost equally (13,45-14,01%) by the Engineering, Technical field as well as the Finance, Accounting, Logistics field, and very closely followed by the Administration, Customer Service field (12,41%).
More than 75% of visitors have a university or college degree (or are currently studying in higher education), with a high number of people with OKJ qualification (11,49%) and secondary education (12,65%). The number of people with a lower grade degree is low - they are typically still in secondary school (0,75%).
About 1/3 of our visitors are from the most active and in-demand age group in the job market, 25-34 year olds (32,73%), who typically have between 3-10 years of work experience. They are followed by 18-24 year olds (28,50%), who are primarily looking for internships and entry-level positions, or positions requiring 1-3 years of experience or less. Through personalized, targeted communication, we also managed to attract more experienced, senior workers: nearly a fifth of JOBVERSE Job Fair visitors are aged 35-44 (18,93%), with a significant number of visitors aged 45-54 (13,24%).
Almost 2/3 of our visitors came to the job fair because they were currently looking for a job. The majority of them were looking for full-time opportunities (43,61%), but there is also a significant number of people who were interested in part-time/internship/second jobs (20,13%). However, almost 40% of visitors (38,55%) wanted to visit a specific company that they were interested in and meet them in person. The complementary professional programs were also a major attraction (24,24%), and a particularly high proportion of people who, although were not currently looking for a job, consider it important to find out about their future opportunities (15,65%). The latter were typically students still in university or secondary school, or those returning to the job market or considering a change.

We have given visitors plenty of reasons to feel this way. And the feedback speaks for itself.
,70 %
Of our visitors gave a positive (8, 9, 10) rating because they felt JOBVERSE was more than just a job fair, with 21,47%(!) of them giving the event the maximum score.
According to the feedback of those who shared their opinions, almost half of the visitors (49,24%) spent 1-3 hours at the event, which is why it is very important that exhibitors attract the attention of the visitors with their activities and openness within their stand, so that they are sure to be visited. However, with the additional programs (presentations, Counselling Workshop, Health Island, experiential elements), we have successfully achieved that visitors spent up to almost half a day (3-5 hours: 31,11%, 5-7 hours: 11,07%) at JOBVERSE. Only the really determined spent one or two whole days at the event (3,91%+2,29%), but the percentage of those who spent less than an hour at JOBVERSE was similarly low.
In the questionnaire, which was sent out at the end of the event, we asked our visitors "Who would you most like to work for out of all the exhibitors at JOBVERSE?". Here's the the the popularity ranking based on the top 10 answers:
It is very important to us to help our job seekers to find jobs more effectively and quickly, and to ensure that our exhibitors meet visitors who are well-prepared, have realistic ideas and present themselves with confidence. It's no secret that with the presentations and counselling opportunities our intention is to attract professionals who are conscious about building their careers, who "just" want to explore the job market and build their professional network. The professional programs at the job fair support these objectives.
In addition to the professional programs, more than a thousand people tried the experiential elements. They took part in our JOBVERSE GO QR code hunting adventure game, fished from a giant pot for delicious Nissin soups, had a glimpse into the world of filming thanks to the AM/PM Filmes Képzési- és Karrierközpont, or participated in the various interactive games, tests and playful elements of our exhibitors.
Our JOBVERSE GO adventure game, launched in Spring 2023, has been continued due to popular demand. This game combines the excitement of Pokémon GO role-playing with the passion of geocaching for treasure. By searching for QR codes, participants can connect more informally with stand representatives and learn a wealth of information about our exhibitors while playing. The success of the game is unbroken, with nearly 500 (465) people playing and answering questions in autumn 2024.
Citylight posters were placed in several locations around the city, Mini Handbooks were distributed at universities, and tram advertisements were placed on lines 17, 47, 49, 56, 56A and 61, which reach the most important universities in Budapest.
The JOBVERSE marketing campaign focused on the various online advertising platforms again, with a special emphasis on Facebook, Instagram, Ads and TikTok.
