Internet access and iPad(s) will be provided for you to use the myCV system.
Please use the Safari browser and the Camera app on the iPad!

You can pick up and return your iPad(s) at the iPad pick-up and drop-off point at the following times:

Pick-up:
2 October (Wednesday) 7:00-9:45
3 October (Thursday) 8:00- 9:45

Drop-off:
2 October (Wednesday) 19.00-19:45
3 October (Thursday) 17:00-17:45

Open the Camera app on the provided iPad and scan the QR code on the job seeker's Career Pass. Then click on the window that appears at the top of the screen. On this interface you can link the candidate to open positions and even add a comment.

IMPORTANT: Always save the visitor's profile if you want to access it later!
To scan a new visitor QR code, simply open the Camera app again!

Under the overview of the visitor's details, you have the possibility to add comments related to the visitor:

• Rate visitors from 1 to 5 (using stars),
• Rate visitors in your own words (e.g.: still on their notice period, etc.),
• Link visitor to an open position (position on your microsite),
• Link a visitor to another position,
• If more than one person is using the system, you can also add the name of the colleague who entered the data.

IMPORTANT! The fields above are optional, but the applicant's details will ONLY be saved by clicking the SAVE button at the bottom. The user will then be added to the list of Saved Visitors. You can edit the comments later as well.

We cannot grant access to the data of visitors if you have not clicked the Save button on the profile page.

There are two ways to register visitors:

1. By scanning the QR code: Open the Camera app on the provided iPad and scan the QR code on the job seeker's Career Pass. Then click on the window that appears at the top of the screen. On this interface you can assign the candidate to your open positions and add a comment. IMPORTANT: Make sure to always save the visitor's profile if you want to access it later! To scan a new visitor QR code, open the Camera app again!

2. By entering the visitor's unique identifier

You can find your recorded visitors under the Saved Visitors menu.

A list of visitors registered during the event will be available in the Downloads menu. This interface will be active the day after the event, of which you will be notified about by email. You will be able to download the data of the recorded visitors in a variety of formats:

• Download individual users - one by one.
• As a database in .XML and CSV formats.
• As an Excel spreadsheet with all available data - without CV.
• All applicants' material as a packed file - for circular letters.

• If the code is not scanable, hold the QR code further away from the camera on the back of the iPad.
• If the Internet does not work, please check the connection!
